Store is unavailable

I've been getting this message for weeks (perhaps months now?)!

I can't access the store for anything. I can't purchase gold in the cash store, but I also cannot use the gold I already have! I can't purchase power ups or additional moves on levels. It's getting horribly frustrating.

It just says "Store unavailable! Try again". Internet connection is fine, as I can get and send lives to friends, and take part on events. Just the store.

Anyone can help, please?

Iatest update I have in Windows app is 1.240.400.0, it might be only a matter of time until you receive the update as well. I'll let community manager know but I doubt the issue solely depends on Windows app update since you see this happen in Android app as well 🙂

Hello.

Yes, the same issue keeps happening on both devices. I do not play them simultaneously (as in, the app is not open on both devices at the same time).

Here is the installed version on the PC:

Also, here is what it looks like when I try to purchase additional moves on any level:

As you can see, I have gold bars available for it. This happens on all levels, and also if I try to purchase any power ups or even gold bars with real money.

It's getting extremely frustrating.

Does this issue happen on Soda app on both mobile device and Windows?

To search for app version in Windows, open Microsoft Store - library - games - candy crush soda saga - scroll down the page, you should find app version under "additional information"

I'm using two devices: Xiaomi Redmi Note 9Pro, Android // HP Omen laptop, Windows 11.

Yes, I just confirmed that I can log out and log back into my account. I use a King account to save my progress.

My Player ID is 1250778833.

I'm playing on my android phone and on Windows PC. I did think of the app version, so I made sure that I had the latest version of the app in both platforms. I'm not sure which version it is, but it only shows the option to launch the app, and not the usual 'Update' option shown when one is available. Progress, lives and events are being synced witn no issue in both devices.

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
