Options depend on the devices you own and their stores that you use to download apps.
If you own a Windows device that has Microsoft Store then you have a Microsoft account that handles all purchases made in all your apps installed, Candy Crush Soda app included.
If you have trouble with saving your payment method then I advise you to contact Microsoft support team because the account used to make in-app purchases is Microsoft's
Android, Apple, Amazon devices have different app stores so their support teams should be contacted in case of problems with their accounts
