Didn't receive my rewards

I had 1st place by a long shot... A few thousand ahead of second place as well. I submitted a complain yesterday before going to bed and today this happens... It's it because I when on a rant? I'm frustrated because I feel like I'm paying way too much. I was about to get my rewards and then this sign comes up and says I lost connection. Yeah right. I never lost connection

Do I understand you correctly that when you went to claim your prize from Kimmy's Candy Hunt, you saw a notification that there was no connection? It could be that your game had to reconnect to the servers.

Here are some tips from Help Center:

“If you are having trouble loading events, connecting to the store, or receiving connection errors in your game, we have some steps to help get you back to your game:

Restart your device: Temporary files might be causing errors or network issues where your device is not connecting to the server or your local network properly, and sometimes a simple restart can solve this.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data: Open your Settings app, and select Network & internet or Connections. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, or turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on.

Turn Airplane mode on and off: Open your Settings app, select Network & internet or Connections, and select Airplane Mode. Depending on your device, these options may be different. Now, turn the Airplane mode on, and wait for 10 seconds. Then, turn the Airplane mode off and ensure that your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is active.”

Sometimes clearing cache can help. Please note, not data, that will delete your boosters!

*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Since this is your first very post I understand this is your first report to the community?

Which kind of rewards and event are you referring to?

If an event ended and you didn't receive your rewards please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app and ask them if it's possible to receive a compesation.

This community forum is not able to handle refunds due to players' sensitive infos being involved.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form "feature and events issue" - "I didn't receive my reward", explain your problem and send.
