How is this happening exactly? Are you already logged in to your account and you're asked to register?
Are you trying to log in but you're asked to register? Are you clicking on "log in" button?
Would you share a screenshot of what you see?
Did you try to force close the app and restart your device a couple of times to see if it helps?
