Hello there, for some reason , our ( mine and some friends), friends list it's always on busy..
Even if we are just in the menu and not playing, nor playing in any events..
I really don't know anymore what to do ..

I assume you are referring to certain events and wanting to play with friends, e.g. Rescue Buddies. I also see this sometimes in my game and I checked with the CM.
We were told that players are placed in certain different level groups (how many stars to collect) and only players in the same group can play with each other.
As a result, it may unfortunately be the case that your friends have been placed in a different group and that it is not possible to play a certain event with each other.

Do you mean the friends list displayed by Rescue Buddies?
It can happen when your friends are on different difficulty level in Rescue Buddies (number of stars to collect) so there's no match available for you at the moment. From what I know this is temporary
