This is exactly same as mine. If not fixed il not be starting over. Il just have to delete and get over it. Which I will do. I didn’t get to that level easy just to start again. So I’d rather not have it at all if not fixed.

Mine is the same frozen wont let you play ive done all turned iphone off etc etc and its the same frozen

Damnnnnn it! I updated it...nothing! I re-installed the game...nothing...anddddd I lost all my earlier boosters!! And im on a 2000+ level so there is no way im gonna restart!! help alreadyyyyy!!
