Problems logging in

Hello, when I try to log into Candy Crush Soda (already played via Facebook) a window opens with information about cookies. Unfortunately, the window is not fully visible, so I cannot accept the cookies. Therefore logging in is not possible. Please help. Thanks elkebabe

Did you try to shrink your browser view a bit by customizing your zoom settings?
Hopefully this window about cookies will be fully visible if you make the text smaller
this is Chrome browser: you click on the 3 dots on your right and then replace 100% with 80% (for example, you can make it even smaller )
See if you can accept/deny cookies and then replace 80% with 100% again
(sorry this picture has Italian text, for orientation, here "zoom" button is above "print..." button)

Thanks for the answer. Tried to make zoom smaller. But unfortunately it doesn't work either. Cannot accept cookies.

Did you try to grab the window with cookies with your cursor and drag it up?
I take it you already tried to close that window by clicking on the X button on the left but the window doesn't respond?

Hello, I solved the problem. I go to the cookie window and use strl and scroll to shrink the window. This makes the window very small and I can click accept the cookies. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards elkebabe

Hello , so everytime I try to retrieve my progress or log in with my email I get a notification stating there is a connection issue but it happens on multiple devices a d I e been trying for weeks with the same prompt please help
