If you returned to USA then try to check your device settings and check whether the language used and its region/country are correct. Then restart your device.
If you still need help, I advise to contact the support team of the account which has the details of your payment method saved. Through that account you make in-app purchases in all the apps you downloaded in your device, including Soda app.
For example Google account if you download your apps from Play Store in your device
