Item ordered from store, where is my credit?

Question

I don't have an Apple account.  I ordered from the Store and did not get my credits.  Apparently I have to go through Apple to get my refund or credit.  Without an Apple account Apple won't/can't help.  KING is not doing anything to help me.  Can someone out there help me?

If you've already contacted King Player Support then you've already got your answers I'm afraid.

King community forum doesn't deal with compesations or refunds because they contain sensitive infos of the player and that's why, for purchases issues, you would need to contact King Player Support from Soda app, which I understand you already did.

It's Apple who handle in-app purchases and have access to purchases details, not King. King Player Support is able to send refunds after those details are sent to them

In this case, I can only advise to seek help from the platform that handles the account of your credit/debit card, like Paypal etc and check if it's possible to issue a dispute through them
