If you don't see the message, then please contact King Player Support and notify them that you can't log in to your account
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form: "Account login questions/issues" - "I have login issues" , explain your problem and send.
