The ones I earned are gone and I’m not earning new ones with hard levels. What’s going on? I was using them regularly, this spending $ on the game.

Sorry to hear this happened, rewards shouldn't disappear after logging out and in. Did you check your inventory to see if they were automatically added?
If not, please contact King Player Support to send you missing items.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings (gear icon)- click "?" Icon- select any topic and subptopic- scroll down the page and click "contact us". Select topic "events or features issues", select subtopic "I didn't receive my reward". Fill in the form and send.

As for the golden tickets, it's possible the feature is temporarily unavailable in the game. I'll ask community manager for more infos 🙂
Also, I logged out and back in to see if that would help. All it did was take away the rewards I had waiting for completing the 21 levels of Big Pass. What the heck?
