Daily log in

Can someone let me know when the issue is fixed with daily log ins? I am tired of it resetting 2-3 times a week. I have emailed about this several times and never gotten a response. I have no desire to play until it is fixed. I might if I get bored, but I have other apps for that so even that is a bleak chance. I'm sure king doesn't care but this is two games now with daily log in issues. One the daily log in doesn't show up at all and hasn't for a week. This one it keeps resetting. These were the last two King games on my phone. They are about to be gone like the others if these issues aren't resolved quickly.

I am sorry to hear your Daily Bonus keeps resetting 😕 The daily bonus can be reset for various reasons. An update of your device or game app, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Then the daily bonus will reset back to day 1 but on day 7 you will be back to getting 2 hours booster and 30 minutes life again.

Since this happens over and over, I recommend doing the following: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Hopefully the Daily Bonus won’t reset again 🙂

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
