What's your current progress?
Do you see a connection error message in profile settings of Soda app?
If you don't see a connection and syncing errors and latest level available is 11980 in iphone and 12070 in Windows Microsoft app then there's no anomaly.
45 new levels are relased every Friday on each platform but Windows platform is 90 levels farther than mobile devices platform.
