I had about 200 gold bars when I went to bed last night. I woke up this morning to only 21 gold bars in my account. This is the second time this has happened to me and it's getting very frustrating. It takes a long time to earn gold bars and to have them wiped out overnight is a huge letdown. This theft of my gold bars by King JUST SO HAPPENS to coincide with the new limited access to extra lives through friends and teammates. If this is King pushing us to watch more ads to get extra lives then i will probably stop playing since I spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. Not fun anymore, King

it looks a glitch happened in the game; if you don't see any connection error messages in your Soda app then please contact King Player support directly from the app and ask them to look into this. They're also able to send compesations.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.
@Pitty_Kitty Thank you for your reply. I did contact support - twice - and both times I got an automated response telling me to clear my cache and restart my phone. This isn't helpful. I'm not sure how else to contact them and get real support. Open to your suggestions

Did you get a support ticket related to your conversation with them?
No, it was via e-mail. I simply received the standard answer to reset phone after clearing cache. I then tried to rephrase my question hoping for a different answer but the second response was the same.

Ok, but just to be sure, there's no number displayed on the email that Support sent you? if there is this number or ticket then I can forward it to community manager to notify that your conversation with Player Support was not satisfactory and it should be reopened.
If you don't see this number at all then please let me know your game ID number that is displayed on Soda app after tapping twice on King logo. More infos here

Sorry I noticed this reply late
playerID is the game ID number I was mentioning in my previous comments.
To find it:
Launch Soda app - tap on "profile" orange number to visit account settings - tap twice on the King logo at the top, it will be replaced by ID number

When you retrieve your ID, make sure you're logged in to the account your gold bars were lost in.
ID numbers change into new ones when you log out from your account
