Not being able to ask multiple friends for lives

What has happened to being able to ask more than one friend for lives, this new system sucks you choose who we ask and it seems like you are asking people who aren't playing when we need the lives we have the tickets so why not allow multiple asks ,and what happened to watching videos for lives also , it's a change for the worst in my opinion from someone who plays everyday faithfully please sort it out please anyone else frustrated by this move ?

I totally understand your concerns about the changes to the lives system and the video rewards and really appreciate your feedback and your loyalty as a daily player.

As for the lives requests, when you request a new life from your friends in the Friendship System it is actually sent to all your friends so they all get a chance to answer your requests. We have however seen that the new system isn't as fun as we'd hoped for all players, and are working on improving it based on player feedback.

As for the video rewards, it's still possible to get rewards from watching ads, but not always. The availability can vary based on several factors like location, device, and more.

I'll definitely relay your feedback to our team. We always appreciate hearing from our players as it helps us improve the game we all love. 🍬

I agree. It's horrible. I can't request more than one at a time and yet there are people in my list of requests with five or more requests for booster

Agree...7 straight days no one snt lives, though they ask me. Plenty of stamps, but no one answers!!

Why can’t I request lives or boosters I have enough tickets, what do I need to do. The area is greyed out ??

Totally agree. Brought this up a few times .no boosters received for over two weeks and only one life .4000 plus points that are pointless. Get it sorted. Yes I play daily as well but for how much longer.

I do not care for the new system, it's extremely frustrating. I am rarely able to request a life and when I do I do not receive any.
