Do you mean your daily bonus streak? or levels progress?
Daily bonus streak is saved on your device storage, not on King servers, so it should keep on going provided you keep on opening your game app every day, even without internet connection.
If it's not possible to open the game app at all, then daily bonus streak is broken.
Though if daily bonus streak is interrupted, the game may show you a message telling you to save your streak by spending (9) gold bars. This depends whether this saving streak option is available in your game or not 🙂
As for your progress, levels are saved on your device storage and also King servers, should you use a game account. You can still play levels offline: once you regain internet connection, progress will be synced and saved on King servers afterwards.
