Ok so I was having ALOT of problems getting any of my extra stuff to load. Finally it seems to be loading now! But my social activities icon has been showing emptie the last few days or so. When usually it's loaded down! Ideas?

When you visit Social Hub - Friends section - you should find the list of your friends.
In Inbox section you'll find any pending friend requests and invites to play Rescue Buddies.
As for lives and boosters, the system that allows players to ask and send lives and boosters has been removed recently (more infos here). this means we can't exchange boosters in Social Hub icon anymore.
We can exchange lives through the old lives system that has been brought back:
