I don't get free lives anymore and when I ask for help from my friends they don't reply me, and I can't use my gold buzz anymore... please help me
Best guess, try the Help Desk. I get notified twice daily to give lives to all the people on my friends list.

The old lives system has been brought back recently (more infos here), we don't get help inside Social hub icon anymore but inside Lives icon (heart), in "get help" section.
If your lives are not full you should see some of the lives your friends sent you in "get help" section.
If your lives are full you should see primarily friends asking you to send them lives in "get help" section
Inside Lives we can ask and get help from our friends and teammates too. We can get help from teammates inside Teams icon, in chat section and tap on "ask" button to ask for a life
