I'm sorry to hear that. Did you try to reinstall the app as a last resort?
Reinstalling the app helps in case it got damaged but unfortunately reinstalling the app also deletes boosters because these items saved only on device local storage. Progress can be deleted too if you haven't been using an account to save your progress.
If you progress is partially or entirely lost after reinstalling the app, create an account if you don't have one already and contact Player Support so they can manually restore your progress on your account:
