I am playing candy crush soda saga on facebook. For the past few days I am unable to play. It downloads but then nothing happens. Just keep seeing the loading screen, the game never comes on. How do I fix this. Love this game!!!!

Do you play Soda on Microsoft app logged in to FB account or on browser via Facebook website?
If you use a Windows device, please make sure the latest Visual Studio Redistributables available for Windows is installed. Check out the steps here
