If you use a mobile device you have a chance to get ads feature in your game. This feature is not available for Soda app on Windows computers.
If you play on mobile device and you've already checked troubleshooting steps (check for Soda app updates - close app - clear cache Soda app - restart device - open app - play a few levels) but the feature is still missing then it means it's currently not available in your game.
Features are not available to all players at the same time, they're spread out to groups of players which change over time so it's possible ads feature will be back in your game soon 🙂
