How do I transfer my game levels for candy crush saga and farm hero saga from my iPhone to my computer?
Also, do you save your progress with a King account (simply email address + password) or Facebook account?
If you save progress with a Facebook account you might need to check your Facebook permissions because they expire after a while due to privacy reasons. If they expired, they might affect the update of your progress and friends list.

If we're talking about a problem with syncing progress across multiple devices then it's a different topic.๐๏ธ
On your computer, are you playing the games on the apps downloaded from Microsoft store?
I play Soda across multiple devices too (app installed on Android mobile and app installed on Windows computer, downlaoded from Microsoft Store).
The progress stays the same across all my devices whenever I log in to my account. To ensure that, I only need to make sure all my devices and Soda apps have internet connection and are able to connect to the servers and Soda apps will sync up progress by themselves. I don't have to replay a level on one device if I've already passed it on another device.
If progress is not synced between device A and device B we need to check the internet connection of both because game on device A needs the connection to upload the updated progress to King servers and game on device B needs the connection to retrieve the updated progress from King servers.
Frist off, let's check for Soda app updates - clear cache - restart device and play any levels a few times (old levels too). This usually helps the game to reconnect.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

Maybe you do not understand what I want you to do. On my phone I am on level5231 for candy crush saga. I would like you to put that level with (5231) on my candy crush saga on my computer. Some how 2 weeks ago my level drop down to 2 with candy crush and farm heroโs. I have done all you asked me to do. Please help me add my progress on my computer

If you don't have a King or Facebook account to save your progress with, you'd need to create one on your iphone.
This way your levels and progress are saved on King servers too. You only need to download the game app on another device, log in to your King or Facebook account and you'll find all your levels and gold bars.
Boosters are saved on the device local storage only so you won't be able to transfer them to another device or restore them if game app is uninstalled.
