I cannot find my progress on any of my king accounts

I am sorry about this. Pleast try this. Go to your profile and try to log out. Then check for game and device updates, restart your device and log back in. Replay some levels.
If you still cannot see your progress, please contact Player Support so they can manually restore your progress. Open the game app, click on the blue gear, click on question mark, click on my game progress, click on the progress I’ve made isn’t showing..

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.

I have a new PC and installed the candy crush soda saga app on the new PC but it fails whenever I try to login to facebook from the game. I have verified my login credentials are correct but all it does is tell me the password is incorrect. Logging in with my King account does not restore my progress.
