why have i lost all bonuses and daily streak etc on my phone log in

i have cleared cashe, updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, everything i can think of but for the past week i have not had any of the bonuses in my phone log in, no bottles, no grid, no cake, no treasure hunt, no lollypop hammers, no progress (back to 1 day log in every day) no free lives (it registers half an hour but still takes lives away during this time)

can anyone help?

what's your player ID number? (here's how to find it)
what's the make and model of your device?
what's the latest version of device software installed? (e.g. Android 11)
what's the latest version of Soda app? (e.g 1.251.6)
please share a full size screenshot of your Soda map + any other screenshots that are highlighting the issues described

No events
My games no longer show events, avatar, nor coins
extra lives
I play my five levels, it shows I will get five extra when it goes fishing. And them it only gives me 1 extra lives life.
I logged in using Facebook
when I did login using facebook I ve lost my 24 hours boosters
The bubblegum troll is casuing trouble
it’s genuinely annoying me how i keep failing these levels because i cant use any gold bars fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:
