When I play bake the cake in candy crush saga with my team my rewards are not given even though I claim them when required? Is anyone else having this problem?

What kind of boosters do not appear in your inventory?
If you're referring to Supersonic Lolly, please note that you're claiming only pieces from Bake a Cake and not whole lollies boosters; this means that your inventory won't show you've earned 1 Supersonic Lolly unless you've claimed 5 pieces of this booster from Bake a Cake.
5 pieces make 1 complete Supersonic Lolly
I would try the Help Desk.
