I'm glad to hear the game is working again.

I didn't do anything as I was waiting to gather more infos about the problem so I could forward a report to have this looked into properly.

Unless you contacted King customer care from Soda app

It is working again from your side. I did lose some of my progress but you did send me boosters.

Do you play Soda on Microsoft app or on browser via Facebook website?

If you play on browser, did you try a different browser? Did you check for browser updates ans cleared cache? More infos here and here

Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?

Also, if you use a Windows device, please make sure the latest Visual Studio Redistributables available for Windows is installed. Check out the steps here

If you still experince issue, please let me know:

which is the latest version of Soda app (if you downloaded it from Microsoft store)
latest build of Windows update installed
player ID number. You can retrieve it from the game on your mobile device if you always use the same game account on all devices. More infos here

It is now loading on my samsung phone again but not on my laptop computer. On the computer, the orange screen comes up but when I hit play it dissapears.I've been playing on my computer for years.

Could you describe your problem more?

Does the app crash and shut down when you try to open it?

Does the game freeze and get stuck on page?

At what point? on the orange loading page?

Which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please.

Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
