Why does my screen go black?

When watching an ad my screen on my phone sometimes goes black and I can’t get back to the game. So I have to turn my phone off and on. I get stuck on a level for ages because I can’t get extra goes or help. It doesn’t always happen and I’ve no idea which ad is having difficulty loading consequently it’s pot luck every time i try. So frustrating.

I have been suffering with the screen going black after being asked to watch an advert for boosters/moves for weeks.

I have reported the issue 3 times and have tried everything that the automated reply suggests. I have even bought a new iPad and it is still the same. Please note my wife has the same problem. It is seriously affecting my progress.

Please resolve with some urgency.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad if the issue is caused by a specific ad and send.

Episodes repeating!?
When i got to level 76, the episode looked exactly like episode 4, what's going on? (I am not new to candy crush soda, i got to about level 1060, but due to the music change, i really didn't like it, so i installed an older version, Sure, gold bars don't work or load, but i can still enjoy CCSS.)
Daily rewards
I log on every morning to get daily rewards. Today it said i missed yesterday (wrong) and started me back on day one again. This has happened multiple times. please debug and fix!!
Stars full
The stars used to grow islands are full and I'm not being presented with the options for additional islands. Happened after a recent update.
Bake a cake
for the umteenth time I play bake a cake and just as we are close to finishing getting the top two prizes, progress goes away and start a new bake arrives. I can see in inbox that cake is backed and I participate in helping back, but haven’t received top prizes in last multiple times
Is my original level lost?
Why am I playing from the beginning again? How do I get my old account back?
