I just updated my profile picture and all my rewards are gone
If your rewards are still missing afterwards the please contact King Player Support to make a report.
They'll be able to send replacements for any lost purchased items.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.

Did you check you logged in to the correct account and/or not accidentally logged out?
Are your boosters still missing after checking troubleshooting steps?

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
