Game 851 is only loading the squares and gum, not the pieces. Can this be fixed?

I opened level 851 and didn't notice anything odd. The gum is visible and the goal is to match candies to remove it.

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
