Connection problems for last few weeks. Not able to connect to Bakery Challenge game as of 10/9. Also Soda games has poor connection, slow movements.
Please help. Thanks so much

Sorry to hear this. We had a connection issue in Bake a Cake, but that was resolved after the last update. Please check if you have game version 1.253.1
Also, you might try the standard troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Same here and cannot find an answer.
Keep asking Candy Crush Soda help, why I cannot get onto the bakery, but all it does is point me to this page. I have yet to see an answer of what to do!
I have not been able to play the cake on my desk top for some time now,, says its coming soon, does anyone no why??
I did the update. Still slow connection, Bakery game still not available. A few of the team members report same problem
