How can I get off level 5479

I advise to wait to receive double delish fish booster as daily bonus. this way all the fish you set free will be doubled and will destroy more blockers and cover more tiles with jam than usual.
Activate Sprinkleshell turtle mostly with cyan candies: this way while it hits cyan candies causing chain explosions and it recharges at the same time. Since there are only 4 types of candies it's possible to activate it again multiple times without wasting any of your moves - if you do use Sprinkleshell on cyan candies only.
In the second board try to create color bombs and match them with fish candies to destroy your blockers (fish will be doubled thanks to double delish fish booster)
In the video below I passed this level using only double delish fish booster.
