the ads to get extra moves crash almost every time. It’s the newer ads that crash. Very frustrating!
These ads fail every time. They either fail by not playing the ad fully, and then when you click the X (even after waiting for over a minute) they show the “Oops” message, or they simply go to a black screen and the whole game crashes. I have already checked that my game is up to date and will perform on this iPad and that I have ample space on my storage.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please contact King Player Support to report the names of the ads causing the issue so team dedicated to ads can look into this.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad and send.
