Extra moves

What happened to getting extra 5 moves to a level if didn't complete it by watching ad's? Same with when getting to an extra hard level you were able to watch ad videos to get extra boost as well. Now it doesn't only having to spend your gold bars to get additional extra moves to complete a level

Ads feature has not been removed from players game. However it's not a permanent feature in players' games as it may become available to some players for a period of time and unavailable to others. It rotates among players' groups. Please read here for more information

Players are advised to make sure the game is always up to date: ads feature might become available again soon as I hope it'll be in your case 🙂

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
