do you log in to the same game account (email address + password) on your Soda app and Candy Crush app and Jelly Saga app? If you do, please open Candy Crush or Jelly app and try to retrieve your player ID number. with the same account being used, the ID number will be the same on all 3 King games. Desktop computer and I play candy crush saga and candy crush jelly saga on my computer with no problem.
When I try go into my candy crush soda saga it shows black screen for a second and disappears.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
