What type of device are you playing on? If you're on a mobile device, you can expect new levels coming in at the end of the week.
There are not any updates and the same thing is happening in Jelly as well.

I assume you own a Windows computer and play Soda on Microsoft app? Please check for Soda app updates, restart device and play any level a few times to help the game reconnect and refresh
