Candy Crush Soda on Microsoft application

On a PC is install Candy Crush Soda on Microsoft application (it is my wife account) and cannot open the game. I reinstall the application it dose not help, I even reinstall the widows 10 on this PC and still doesn't operate. I wrote to King support but the answer was really unhelpful. I think that thr Microsoft game support can help but don't know how to wrote to them Is anyone of you that know how to email to them?

Does your Window computer have the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed? Windows needs the latest version of this component to be able to run Soda app. Click here to read the guide.

And your player ID number (Visit this page here. if you use the same account on all King games, you may retrieve it from other King game apps).

I don't know if there's Microsoft game Support. Here's Microsoft website. You may search for the topic you're interested in and read the articles. If you don't find the articles helpful there's a "contact us" option below.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
