Sorry for delay as I do need help. I have always played crush and soda saga. Something happened and I could not play any more. I am currently playing soda crush but keep getting error. I was also playing Soda saga which doesn't work any as commented earlier. My Computer is an HP 4th gen Intel core i- 4770 processor 16gb ddr3 memory with 1tb hard drive. Integrated bluetooth 4.0 and wireless Lan. I tried opening candy Crush and started over and got to approx. level of 300. But I signed into king to try to retrieve soda. All I was able to do was get candy crush. I retrieved crush and am at approx. level 1700. I hope this makes sense. Aug 24 was the day I could not get to soda to play. Soda was online but now candy crush is not. Driving me crazy.

First of all, what type of device are you playing on? Is it a computer or a smartphone/tablet? If you can specify the model and what version it is on it will be very useful for us to help you further!
If possible, make sure that you're on the latest version of the game, as well as the device you're using (if you have an updates please install them).
