I'm sorry to hear about this. Please also contact King Player Support directly from Soda app and report this so the dedicated team can investigate this.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad and send.

I'm getting kicked out of the game more than I've been playing... mostly white watching an ad, but not only. The last few days weren't as bad... I figured out that's it's not even following or logging my games correctly through mistplay. Over the last 2 days it's acted like I didn't play at all, breaking My consecutive days streak. In all actuality I've passed almost 100 levels in that 2days! And also baked in half of a cake! Also it's not logging my log ins correctly... very frustrating.

I am also having problems with rewards. They very oftenfreeze the game with a black screen and I have to restart the game and lose any progress I have made at that level. I have reported this, but nothing has helped me. This problem sucks all the fun out of the game.

Right, me too. It's not even during ads anymore! Twice in the last 24 hours I've been booted for touching coloring candy to a color bomb! I think it knows I'm about to devour all the candy on the board and it says no you don't! I want candy too! I'm like y'all that doesn't pay for boosters, and they ruin short quickly! And for the game to take them away and you're progress too so you can't get more when you need them for hard levels REALLY SUCKS!!! THEY WANT US TO SPEND MONEY ON THESE THINGS? THEY WANT US TO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR THIS? IF I DID I'D GO POSTAL ON THEM DAILY!!;
