On pc there's a program called capture tool so you can take a take a screenshot. Then save the picture and upload it in here using the little mountain icon of the forum comment box

I'm afraid I'm confused. 😅
1) download Soda app from Microsoft store and play on the app
2) play Soda on Facebook website (browser)

A) you're logged in to Facebook account (FB credentials)
B) you're logged in to King account that you previously created on Soda app (email address + password, these credentials may not be your FB account credentials)
C) you're not logged in to any account. Your progress is stored only on your device but not King servers so progress cannot be restored if deleted (progress is not being saved)
You cannot be logged in to a King account.

Are you in case 2? In this case your progress is being saved on your first Facebook account only. Game progress cannot be synced between two Facebook accounts. This explains why you're seeing level 1 in your second FB account.
The synchronization is possible only between a Facebook and a King account, which can only be created on the app version of the game and not browser version.
If you wish to move your progress from a Facebook account to another Facebook account, the only option is to contact King Player Support to tell them you don't have access to your old Facebook account anymore. Then you could ask them to manually restore progress on your new Facebook account.

I am using an acer laptop. All I do is find 'King' on the browser (I don't log in to King). It comes up with a full screen with a banner at the bottom, one of which is Facebook. I click on 'Facebook' and Candy Crush Soda comes up with my score already on it with friends list and everything on it and I purchase things too. It has my the name Charlotte on it which is a facebook account that I no longer have. It doesn't seem to go through to FB, it looked like it is just on King.
Lately when I have clicked on FB it actually goes through to FB to my newer account on the small orange box which downloads slowly and gives me the 1st level.

How do you normally save your progress (1400 levels) on your Soda app?
Before being able to sync progress between King account and Facebook account, first we need to make sure your progress is being saved either on King account or Facebook account and internet connection has no issues both on Soda app and device
Do you log in to your King account (email address + password) or do you log in to no account whatsoever on your device?
