I can't alter my profile or log out/in

When I click on the ' my profile ' it won't open. Is this supposed to be happening, or is irt just my device. I also can't log in / out which I have often successfully tried to fix glitches in my game. I also have tried to ' repair the app without success.

I am playing on a laptop, windows 10. I would give you my id, but ph yeah, as far as I am aware, that only apeears when I click on ' King' on my profile page.

Would appreciate help from someone. Thanks.

yes, the option "repair" is not useful.

In this case the last tool we can try to repair an app that is malfuctioning is to reinstall it so the game can return to its optimal condition

To answer your questions:

1 ) On the Windows Candy Crush Soda app, I have the option to either ' repair' ( where I lose no data) or ' reinstall' which I have not done because I don't want to lose my hard-earned bonuses.I have tried ' Repair several times which makes no difference

2) I cannot log out or in again. On the main Candy Crush Soda screen, I can open all the other buttons ( Play, Audio. Music, Question Mark, Comments,) but when I click on the " King' Icon, it will not open.

3) Likewise, When I am on the ' Play, Profile, Accessibility ' screen, I can open the ' Play' button or the 'Accessibility' button, but the 'Profile' button will not open, which would lead me to log-out/in.

4 ) I am not new to the King Community.I have been a member for probably two years and have 110 prior posts. I have noticed that my custom icon is showing on certain games, but I have a random one in my weekly race. Other than that, my game is running fine, without freezing, or error messages.

5I often don't get the pumpkin game, which I used to be able to get immediately by logging out and in again. Now I miss several games before it finally begins to work, as has always been the case.

I cannot give you my ID as i cant get to the profile page where it is displayed.

By trying to repair the app, do you mean you uninstalled and reinstalled the app in order to solve this?

In what way you're not able to log in/log out from your account?

Is the game app displaying a error message?
Does the game screen become frozen and unresponsive?
Does the game app shut down automatically? Does the app shut down soon after launching the app?

In the meantime, I'd suggest to still check whether you have the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed in your device because Windows is not able to run Soda app without it.

Click here to read the guide. At the bottom you'll be able to find the link to Microsoft website where you can download the component that is compatible to the Windows version you have (which can be 64 bit OS or 86 bit OS. To find which one you have, visit your computer "settings" - "system" - "about")

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
