As stated in my reply many times, I have tried all of the above. I am in the same place as I was when I first wrote to you about my problem. I have been playing, however the screen is the same and I cannot even join a team! I am playing by myself. BTW thank you for your reply, but please help!!!! I am now on level 1652

If Teams icon is still visible but you were kicked out from the team I'm afraid you can't rejoin
If Teams icon is not visible then the game might have a connection issue. Please check troubleshooting steps:
If you don't see this kind of error message, please go ahead and:

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
