Logging in messed up my game

I was prompted to log into this King Community so I wouldn’t lose my progress. Well, doing so completely screwed me over, because I lost over 50 hours of free lives and literally hundreds of boosters that I had earned and saved up. I’m back at zero, but at the advanced game level I reached where you absolutely need these boosters and free gameplay or you just don’t advance. If I’d known this would happen I NEVER would have logged into this community. Why on earth would I choose to lose that? Can anyone help? If not I’m done with this stupid app and all King games. This is so stupid. I’ve never heard of being penalized for doing something that ONLY benefits the makers of the app.

I SO very much appreciate your helping me out here! I tried your suggestion, but it didn’t work. I also think it’s quite odd and have been brainstorming possibilities why it could have happened. I’d never logged into my account for this game, only for other King games I’d played years ago. I suppose it’s possible I downloaded this game previously and can’t recall, but still I’d think if it managed to retain my level progress it wouldn’t reset my boosters? I’m pretty stumped.

Hey there @RageKage, I believe this is something that you can contact the support for to get further assistance. Make sure to include your Player ID (found by double tapping the King logo in settings).
If the levels were reset, then we should be able to help with your progression at least. I hope it all works out for you.

@LoFiGummy i tried that, but I got a generic answer and was directed to try the community. At least I think I did? It was a bit confusing to find. I’m pretty sure it was an automated response. I think I’m just going to have to quit the game, because it’s so disheartening. Am I correct in thinking that even if I’d had a very old game and this current game, merging the two would have merged it to this current one? As in, my current level along with the boosters? If that’s even what happened, I’m not sure how I’d manage to retain one version’s level but no boosters. I wouldn’t hold you to anything, I’m just curious if I’m understanding how it should work.
