Problems with purchasing extra moves on my kindle fire

I am extremely frustrated that, once again, I've lost at least 20 wins because trying to purchase extra moves have crashed on my kindle fire. Once I hit the button to get 5 additional moves a disc just continues to spin and then brings me back to my home page. What is going on??!! Let me know if you have an answer. Thank, Lynn

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please also contact King Player Support directly from Soda app and report this so the dedicated team can investigate this.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad and send.

Please always make sure to keep your game up to date with the latest version to not miss out on any new features

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.

J’ai acheter UNE fois des lingots et depuis je n’ai plus accès aux déplacements supplémentaires !!! Je suis une très ancienne joueuse et j’apprécierai de retrouver mes 5 déplacements. Merci par avance.

Why after help bake the cake it is saying I didn't help???? This ticks me off because I spent bars releasing the team and passing several levels!!
