Just completed a level in the bakery. Did not receive my reward. Didn't get one last cake but thought that I just didn't notice. My Avatar is my feet on a bright fotted rug

I'm sorry to hear that. Please contact King Player Support to ask for a refund as this forum is not able to deal with compensations
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings (gear icon)- click "?" Icon- select any topic and subptopic- scroll down the page and click "contact us". Select topic "events or features issues", select subtopic "I didn't receive my reward". Fill in the form and send.

I am not receiving the rewards from completing tiers of baking the cake. It gives me the rewards on tier 1 and 2 but none of the higher ones. This is very frustrating when I have used boosters thinking they would be replaced.

Do you mean layers of the cake or actually levels? Rewards can be claimed after completing a layer (row of levels) 😀.
If you didn't get your prizes after finishing the cake, try to disconnect and reconnect to see if it helps:
*depending on the type of the device you can clear cookies/cache of your device or cache of Soda app directly (Android). More info here. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If the app still doesn't offer your earned prizes then please contact Player Support as only they can send you a refund.
I'm not sure why the second cake is missing but checking troubleshooting (steps listed above) is still the go-to procedure to check if the event is available. If it doesn't appear then the event might be temporarily missing from your game and that it's on the Game Studio side 🙂

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
