I've recently relocated. So I'm not going to spend Christmas with my family or friends this year. Since I will be working there's no telling what I'd have for Christmas dinner. But I sure am going to miss my mom's prime rib!

I missed out on the previous chats, due to tagging issues. This is my 4th time trying to post this. Hopefully it won't land in the draft folder on here.
My plans for Christmas is to stay home with my daughter. I will be cooking a pork roast instead of a ham like I normally due. The reason for the switch is cause I have a tendency to mess up the ham. I have no idea what I do to that poor ham. I follow cooking instructions on the net and I still can't cook it right. I hope I don't mess up the roast. π

We don't celebrate Christmas, but if we do my mom will cook a few delicious food I think.

She wanted me to cook a ham. I would have but I have a tendency of destroying it. I just don't knoow what I do to that poor ham? I follow cooking instructions from the net and cooking shows and for some reason that ham is always overcooked. So this year, I am going to play it safe and going to make arroz con mole. It just the two of us anyway. ( that was her second choice) π
My family will be having baked ham with sides of scalloped potatoes and cran-raspberry jello
