I have been playing for almost two weeks. Every time I pass my gift box, I don't get my gifts. When will I get them? Help me here. i have been writing to you over and over.
Thanks Cat, I checked back just in case or it wouldn't have shown you again. Could you do me a huge favour and write in the box where it says answer this question, rather than the comment under mine...as stupidly that's where the notifications die. I suspect that's why so many miss comments as moderators comment there too but nobody gets notified lol. I don't want to miss any more posts
I wonder if the care team are all away? Are you sure if was definitely a King team thing? The only reason I ask that is a long time ago they used to have the ability to live chat on here. But it was only office hours and I know that this office isn't based in England when it says Europe, but more actual Europe. There are some floaters that float in here and also the Paradise bay forum but we have a small team we work with and report to so I wouldn't have a clue how to get on to them.
I have definitely added you to the list. If you haven't heard anything back by Wednesday night, post in the big box again so I get notified, and I will give her a nudge. I don't know what else she does for King that isn't King care, but she is going to need a loooooootttttt of coffee on Tuesday lol. She is pretty good though
And yes computer bots! I used to get them a lot when I emailed paradise bay support. I used to get quite ratty too. And one day I called the bot stupid and it turned out not to be. Oops! At the end of the day though, I understand your frustration. Regardless of whether they are freebies or not, they were promised. I hate to say though that if it is an issue, they will probably have to manually add as the Fix list (design studio not King care) is rated depending on importance and it might not be as soon as we like, based on other games.

I'm now at 701. Another gift box. But no boosters again! Sigh... :-( And guess what the game is .. the chocolate!!!! Gasp! She did give me some Gold on my account. thank you.

Hi cat update on this! It IS a known issue so they are aware and investigating which is good but no time scale for a fix which isn’t..... but at least we know they know
And The moderator has told me that she has added some gold to your account to help make up for this

I'm not the only one? Oh dear. :-( I got on today. Stuck on the jam. But I'll still take that, anything but the chocolate! I still haven't received the 6 boosters. However, I won 2 lollipops by collecting certain candies. I did get them. Thank you for your patience. :-)
Its almost like its been programmed wrong, in which case it either needs ammending to show the correct offer, or changing so you do get it.
P.S. I hate chocolate too! It made me quit, I don't like quitting but that really got me mad so I moved to another game lol.
I can see the comments, you have to maximise them. I cannot mark it as solved, but people have been saying its doing it itself. I know there is an in your face button that says did this person help or something similar so I wondered if people clicked it thinking it might "like" their post or something. But don't worry, you are defo on the list for her

Just letting you know. I'm at 697. There is a gift box. Didn't get my boosters. Now they owe me 7 lollipops. Just putting it out there so they can see.
Can you add a screenshot of the pin? I googled but got nowhere so I am going to ask one of the other superstars I know they seem to add things as a testing feature, but never explain what they are to anyone lol.
Why is it saying it solved and my answers are missing after I check the "Answer the question" box? The troubleshooting didn't work.

Now I'm coming up on 691. Another gift box is next. I just did the chocolate which I HATE, I would have gotten through quicker of I had my BOOSTERS. I still haven't heard from anyone. and the game or anyone from the game hasn't given me my loss gifts.

Unfortunately for some reason when someone answers as a comment, we don't get the notification. I assume you are playing on the windows 10 app for which the troubleshooting is here. Until you wrote an answer rather than a comment it wasn't showing.
Had I realised you had replied, I would have also warned you there will be a little wait as a lot of the King care team were on leave due to the Easter Holidays. There is only a skeleton staff ever around at Weekends anyway. I may look inhuman in my replies, but I am actually a official forum helper. Volunteer, which is good because I don't stick to office hours and was here from around lunchtime until 2am this morning. I am also only a player. So I can give links and suggest things and if that doesn't work, add it to the long list of issues we need to pass on to Cez the moderator. She will see it when she gets in the office tomorrow, but it might be a couple of days before you get a response from her.
As to the avatar, you need to go to the top of the screen, click on the avatar up there, it will open your profile, and there will be a little x on the picture, do that then chose another one. Its automatically generated unless changed and will be different to the Kingdom.
Try the troubleshooting, but unless I hear otherwise, I will add this to the pile of things for Cez to check into. She can actually check your game account and see if there is a problem.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
