I have been playing for almost two weeks. Every time I pass my gift box, I don't get my gifts. When will I get them? Help me here. i have been writing to you over and over.
Thanks Cat, I checked back just in case or it wouldn't have shown you again. Could you do me a huge favour and write in the box where it says answer this question, rather than the comment under mine...as stupidly that's where the notifications die. I suspect that's why so many miss comments as moderators comment there too but nobody gets notified lol. I don't want to miss any more posts
I wonder if the care team are all away? Are you sure if was definitely a King team thing? The only reason I ask that is a long time ago they used to have the ability to live chat on here. But it was only office hours and I know that this office isn't based in England when it says Europe, but more actual Europe. There are some floaters that float in here and also the Paradise bay forum but we have a small team we work with and report to so I wouldn't have a clue how to get on to them.
I have definitely added you to the list. If you haven't heard anything back by Wednesday night, post in the big box again so I get notified, and I will give her a nudge. I don't know what else she does for King that isn't King care, but she is going to need a loooooootttttt of coffee on Tuesday lol. She is pretty good though
And yes computer bots! I used to get them a lot when I emailed paradise bay support. I used to get quite ratty too. And one day I called the bot stupid and it turned out not to be. Oops! At the end of the day though, I understand your frustration. Regardless of whether they are freebies or not, they were promised. I hate to say though that if it is an issue, they will probably have to manually add as the Fix list (design studio not King care) is rated depending on importance and it might not be as soon as we like, based on other games.

I'm sorry I used it 3 times not twice. But still... 30 bars, and its gone using it only 3 times. Once only one move. Another 4 moves and the other 3 moves.
Chicken Slayer, I got the gold bars. Thank you. But I think the game is not working right with them either. I used it on 721. One move. It's saying I used 10 bars. I thought it goes 5 at a time. But I only used 1. Is that normal for the game?
I sadly suspect you won't get all the added up ones even when they have fixed it..but once they have, I will ask if she will throw you something again at least if nothing else for your patience. She is pretty good and she knows what its like. Especially as time goes on. What we need is as many people to report it as we can and then hopefully they would find it quicker.

Yeah sorry about that. Cez the moderator said she has added some bars to your account, and has passed on Feedback about the gift boxes again, but the trouble is its not impacting all players which is making it hard to find the reason for it. She also passed on feedback about the gold pin as it needs rewording as it does look like a reward. I know its not a solution but hopefully the gold will ease the pain a little

Will do. I warn you now though Cat, and this isn't good news, some games have been waiting months for things to be fixed. Unless its affecting actual gameplay it isn't classed as urgent. And trust me we recognise its annoying especially when they could argue well its freebies, but they were promised. So I do understand and the moderators do. Unfortunately the studios all work independently and all we can do is keep prompting them. I will try and find out though

Hi Cat, the gold you had, were you buying extra moves with it? I haven't ever bought anything in that game so I am not sure what the offers were. And you're not being a problem asking, sorry, the comments didn't show as notifications again

I dont know cat but I do know they don’t rush when it’s not affecting direct game play. Pet rescue have similar issues and it’s been 7 months with no fix

This is getting frustrating. I talked to many people and they got theirs. I'm up to 19 lollipops the game owes me. When are you going to fix this? It's over a month now.

The people you have spoken to are unlikely to have got all that they are owed exactly unless they write in every time they are missing them.

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
