Should I wait for the final score to tally after each game? I typically skip to the next game. Is there a benefit to waiting for that final score?
There is no benefit to wait. The score would be the same either way. Go on tap away 😁

I'm not sure I understand your question quite well.
You may select "tap to skip" to skip the final animations after winning the level, to speed up the process leading up to the final score. It's up to you. The benefit is saving your time.
However you must not skip the final score display otherwise level is registered as failed. So you do need to wait and see the final score after each game.
