I am mindful that in the midst of our joy, there are those who are suffering. All I can do is pray and pray some more. I'm also awaiting for good news from you. Hi @SApple2. Thank you for your prayers and for asking about my husband. We now have an answer to our prayers.
I received a phone call from the hospital yesterday to say that my husband was being discharged today, but then I received a phone call this morning to say that all of the necessary paperwork hadn't been completed and he wouldn't be coming home today.
I received another phone call this afternoon to say that my husband was coming with the Home First Team on Sunday morning, so that they could ensure that everything was in place.
We didn't get to spend Christmas Day together, but we shall be together to start the New Year.
I know the Lord had a plan, because our daughter couldn't have been here today, but will be here on Sunday morning and she'll make sure that I've covered everything. Praise the Lord!
