I passed for gift boxes and still haven't received my gifts

I have been playing for almost two weeks. Every time I pass my gift box, I don't get my gifts. When will I get them? Help me here. i have been writing to you over and over.

Thanks Cat, I checked back just in case or it wouldn't have shown you again. Could you do me a huge favour and write in the box where it says answer this question, rather than the comment under mine...as stupidly that's where the notifications die. I suspect that's why so many miss comments as moderators comment there too but nobody gets notified lol. I don't want to miss any more posts

I wonder if the care team are all away? Are you sure if was definitely a King team thing? The only reason I ask that is a long time ago they used to have the ability to live chat on here. But it was only office hours and I know that this office isn't based in England when it says Europe, but more actual Europe. There are some floaters that float in here and also the Paradise bay forum but we have a small team we work with and report to so I wouldn't have a clue how to get on to them.

I have definitely added you to the list. If you haven't heard anything back by Wednesday night, post in the big box again so I get notified, and I will give her a nudge. I don't know what else she does for King that isn't King care, but she is going to need a loooooootttttt of coffee on Tuesday lol. She is pretty good though

And yes computer bots! I used to get them a lot when I emailed paradise bay support. I used to get quite ratty too. And one day I called the bot stupid and it turned out not to be. Oops! At the end of the day though, I understand your frustration. Regardless of whether they are freebies or not, they were promised. I hate to say though that if it is an issue, they will probably have to manually add as the Fix list (design studio not King care) is rated depending on importance and it might not be as soon as we like, based on other games.

Sorry for getting back to you a bit late. We think we might have solved this one but we need you to help us out. Can you please check where your avatar is in terms of levels?
There is an issue which makes your avatar stuck in a level and even though you defeated that level and can progress, your avatar is stuck on that level, which is blocking you from getting the rewards.
The way to solve this is to scroll back until you found your avatar picture and then defeat that level again. This should unstuck your avatar and place it on the level you are currently playing. You will not get the rewards that you're owed but just get back to me after you do that, let's see if it solves it and then I will compensate you for the issues.
Let me know if this works for you! I'll be waiting for your reply.

QueenB said she would look at my site. I took the snapshot. But I haven't heard anything back. I'm not getting anything. When I get the rainbow road, I get NO color bombs still. Nothing for the gold pin. I wish someone would fix this.

As long as your avatar does not appear, the rewards will not come in. Your avatar needs to be somewhere. If not, another option we can do is reset your level and put you where you were with the right rewards. However, if you can't find your avatar's level and move from there, you will still not be getting the rewards.
I'll be waiting on your reply, hopefully you did find the avatar and managed to defeat that level. If not, just come back and we can sort this out the way I mentioned.

Xarly and ChickenSlayer. Thank you for all your kindness throughout these months. My Avatar has always moved with me. I checked back like your asked I I see it no where. I got all my stars too. I defeated every level. I noticed at 720 I was 11 lollipops behind. Which means it acted up in the 500. So I went back but no avatar. Got all my starts too. I went back all the way to the beginning. All my stars are there and no Avatar. If you want to reset me game go ahead.I was told by Queen B she did something. But I have got no response from her. Thank you.

I just sent back to 600, and 700 levels I didn't see my Avatar anywhere. I went back to 500, 400 nothing. It must be something else wrong. :-(

I think I understand what you are saying. I'm at 852. Up to 45 lollipops and time the game owes me. That isn't fair if I don't get it back. I will scroll back on my home computer and see where my avatar is. That probably would be back in the 600 level. I'll keep you informed. Thank you for your reply

This is getting out of hand. How can a person enjoy a game much less recommend it. At 807 and don't get my gift boxes? 33 lollipops and no color bombs for 3 months? This is out of hand. So yes I have been all over the board letting people know, because they said THEY had to do the same thing or put it on Twitter and you tube to get a response Do they shut off getting gifts after a level on the game so you have to BUY boosters???? That is what it seems like from other players.

Chicken slayer two months now. And nothing has changed. I'm at 789, The game owes me 28 lollipops and time from getting in the Rainbow Road. This is getting out of hand!!!!! Many had theirs fixed. What is going on here? I had to do the chocolate . DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS LIKE WITHOUT LOLLIPOPS??????? I'm really getting upset here because I find this action very annoying. And now I know why people are complaining online!!! PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!!!! If you can give me gold bars, you can give me my Lollipops and time!!! thank you!

Chicken Slayer, I'm getting only the fish with the gift boxes. At 787, 27 lollipops and still no color bombs. So that is 27 color bombs also. I hope mine is next getting fixed. :-(

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
